A total of 60 people live in one “Cape Cod Cottage,” two “Chalet Bungalows,” and one “Conch House” near the start of town level 1. You can raise your population cap after constructing new community structures, and you’ll also receive a pending additional population that’s necessary for constructing new homes.
Depending on your level and maximum population, houses become unlocked. The number of persons indicates the percentage increase in population caused by that form of housing.
Can I store houses in Township?
Sadly, “decorations” are the only items that can be stored. Storage is not permitted for commercial, residential, or public structures. Yes, you may “sell” houses for coins, which will lower your population.
Tap the box icon in Edit mode to use temporary storage if you wish to redecorate your town entirely or in part. Although modifications cannot be saved while there are stored items, you can store buildings in this window and transport them back to your town later. By the way, level 15 unlocks temporary storage.
