It can be a major hassle to connect speakers to your projector. Wireless HDMI kits and using streaming sticks like Roku or Fire Sticks are both excellent options for wireless video, but audio is still a difficult problem to solve. One technology, Bluetooth, was created initially for cell phones but has since found a new use in home theater projectors.

The challenging element of this will be confirming that the particular projector model you intend to use has Bluetooth. Although it’s starting to happen more frequently, this is not a must for all projectors. The good news is that there are also solutions if you already own a projector without Bluetooth built-in.

Do Bluetooth speakers work with projectors?

To output audio from a streaming device or other connected video source, you can link your projector to Bluetooth audio devices like speakers or headphones. Note: An A2DP-compatible Bluetooth audio device is required. The output of audio may lag a little bit.
