Is Fitbit worth it without a premium?

One needs Fitbit Premium, who doesn’t? If you only need the most elementary statistics on your workouts, steps, heart rate, and sleep, Premium is generally not necessary.

Your device and the free app continue to automatically record your heart rate, along with your sleep, steps, activity zone minutes, resting heart rate, and heart rate variability.
