Due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, it has been claimed that Playrix, the company that created Gardenscapes, is closing its offices in Russia and Belarus and ceasing all business operations there.
Igor and Dmitri Bukhman, the founders of Playrix, stated as much in an internal communication, which also stated that employees from the company’s offices in Belarus and Russia will be transferred to other nations, according to a story published last week by Ukrainian tech website AIN.ua.
Is Playrix a Russian company?
The business was started in Vologda, Russia, in 2004 by Dmitry and Igor Bukhman, and in 2013, it relocated its headquarters to Dublin, Ireland. The Playrix Holding Ltd.
It should be noted that Playrix has 16 offices and at least 1,500 staff members in Russia. In Belarus, it only has one office, located in Minsk.
The company continued, “Playrix is dedicated to maintaining operations in Ukraine and giving ongoing assistance to all of its 1,500 employees there.
