Overall, the Switch OLED has the same specifications as a standard Switch, and it is not a 4K-capable Super Switch or Switch Pro. Most notably, the battery remains unchanged, as do the resolutions: 1080P in docked mode and 720P in portable mode.

While the screen on the OLED is larger, the console itself, with the Joy-Con attached, is the same size as a standard Switch: 102 mm x 239 mm x 13.9 mm.

The Nintendo Switch OLED is not a “Switch Pro,” and I doubt anyone should buy it if they already own a standard Switch or, perhaps, a Switch Lite. I believe the OLED is primarily intended to persuade those who have yet to purchase Nintendo’s console to do so.

He does, however, mention that the dock could be reused for a Nintendo Switch model that supports DLSS Deep Learning Super Sampling.
