The VINE Service will keep attempting to get in touch with you. For the next 48 hours, VINE will call every half-hour if there is no answer or a busy line.

VINE will call every two hours for the next 48 hours or until a PIN is entered to stop the notification calls. It will leave a message on the answering machine.

When the custodial status of an offender changes, VINE automatically phones. Only for escapes and releases, notification calls will be made in the middle of the night.

Listen to the full call from VINE, enter your PIN, then hit the # button on your phone when prompted. When you enter the PIN and hit the # button, VINE is notified that you have received the call and the VINE Services are terminated.

How do I stop VINE calls?

You can stop VINE notification calls by entering a four-digit PIN (personal identification number). To confirm and end VINE notification calls, you must enter your PIN and press the # key on your phone.

When it phones you, VINE will inquire about your PIN.
