The American online art community known as DeviantArt, also known by its historical stylization of deviantART, was established on August 7, 2000, by Angelo Sotira, Scott Jarkoff, and Matthew Stephens, among others.
The headquarters of DeviantArt, Inc. is located in the Hollywood district of Los Angeles, California. By 2008, DeviantArt received roughly 36 million visitors annually. Users of DeviantArt added over 1.4 million favourites and 1.5 million comments every day in 2010.
With roughly 3.8 million weekly visitors, it was the thirteenth-largest social network in 2011. The website has more than 25 million subscribers and more than 250 million submissions a few years later, in 2017.
The business announced on February 23, 2017, that Wix.com was buying it for $36 million.

Go to www.deviantart.com. This is the easiest part.
- Scroll over the “login” sign. Underneath the login, there should be a little sign that says “join DeviantArt for free!” Click on it.
- Fill out the form. This should be fairly easy; create an original username, and a good password to protect yourself from hackers.
- Check your email. Usually, in order to post your art, you need to click on that email, which will verify your account.
