The Venu Sq 2 is primarily an incremental update. The OLED screen is slightly larger, measuring 1.4 inches.

Additionally, the Health Snapshot tool is now available, allowing users to track a two-minute session that simultaneously logs parameters like heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen levels, respiration, and stress.

The battery life has increased from six to eleven days, which is a good improvement over the previous versions. Similar to the original Venu Sq, it will also be offered in a musical version with 500 song storage capacity. The Music version is still $50 more expensive at $299.99.

The complete Venu Sq 2 lineup costs $50 more than the original, presumably due to inflation.
