Android 11 and Xiaomi’s MIUI user interface, which has since been updated to version 13, are both installed on the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G. The Android security updates at the time of review (mid-August) were from July 1 and were therefore relatively current.

With our Angelbird AV Pro V60 microSD reference card, the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G gets respectable microSD transfer rates. They have typical sequential reading and writing speeds of 78 MB/s and 32 MB/s, respectively, which are within the standard range.
