Heart rate, steps, calories burnt, sleep, and exercises can all be tracked using the health and fitness functions of the Apple Watch and Fitbit models.

Only certain Fitbits have built-in GPS, compared to all Apple Watches. Similar to Fitbits, Apple Watches can track blood oxygen levels in some (but not all) of its models. The SE and 3 Watch don’t, whereas the higher-end Fitbits with GPS and the Apple Watch Series 7 both do.

You can keep an eye on your heart health by using the ECG readings on the Fitbit Sense and the Apple Watch 7.
