Resource management: By understanding each device’s functionality and operation, we can improve resource management and keep an eye on natural resources.

Reduced use of other electrical devices thanks to direct connectivity and communication with a controller computer, like a smartphone. This leads to efficient electricity use. There won’t be any idling of electrical devices as a result.

Utilization in traffic systems: The correct tracking system employing IoT technology may make asset tracking, delivery, surveillance, traffic or transportation tracking, inventory control, individual order tracking, and customer management more cost-effective.

The comprehensive technology behind the IoT system is extremely difficult to design, create, maintain, and enable. There is a high likelihood that the entire system may corrupt: Every connected device is likely to experience issues if the system does.

Lack of international standards: Due to the absence of an international standard for IoT interoperability, connecting devices from different manufacturers is challenging.
They depend heavily on the internet and cannot function properly without it.

Because IoT systems are networked and connected, security issues are raised. Because of this, and despite any security measures, the system gives little control and is open to many network attacks.

Privacy concern: Without the user’s consent, the Internet of Things system divulges all pertinent personal information.
