Customers who had never used a previous version of Windows could only purchase the original full edition of Microsoft Windows 95 on 3.5 “disks, packaged in boxes with shrink wrap.
What games were included in Windows 95?
At the end of the DOS era, PCs began to mount Microsoft’s most recent Operative Systems. Beginning with version 3.1, Windows gained enormous popularity, and a growing number of software studios started creating games just for Windows.
The original Windows 3.1 games weren’t all that well-liked; they mostly consisted of puzzle games and solitaire card games.
With the introduction of Windows 95, 98, and XP, the Microsoft operating system assumed a crucial role in the creation of well-known video games like Age of Empires and the Civilization series.
