Over the years, Apple has tried to cater for every brand of consumer, and almost every need of their consumers in their day to day actively. Designing gadgets that seamlessly fall into their daily routine seem to be one of Apple’s niches.

When it comes to working out either in the gym or outdoors too, Apple has tried to cater for that need also. The Apple Watch which was basically designed to serve as an accessory that tracks and offers benefits to the wearer’s health and lifestyle to the AirPods is designed to give the user more from earpieces than just listening to music and to offer convenience when engaging in active activities.

You can use your AirPods and AirPods Pro for all sorts of activities including them lifting weights, plyometrics & HIIT (jump squats, burpees, jumping lunges), plus all sorts of core work, indoor cycling and stretching and whatever else you can engage in, in a gym and your AirPods Pro will still stay snuggled in your ears without falling out.

Can I run with AirPods Pro?

Despite all the pros of having an Airpod pro, including the sweat resistance, great sound and longer-lasting batteries, the AirPod pro is not guaranteed to stay in place while running or working the treadmill.

Yes, you can use it for other exercises but running should probably not be a habit unless you want to be adjusting it every other minute.
