The CEO of the company is Yves Guillemot, one of the original founding brothers of the company.
There are a lot of speculations lately about what the next move of Microsoft will be. A lot of people say that Microsoft will stop buying companies and corporates people are questioning their activism purchase. Early this year, 2022, the financial news from Microsoft stated that the company is planning to buy Ubisoft and some other huge companies within the year. Aside from this being news, there have been no actions whatsoever in pursuit of this objective by Microsoft. As we know, the Ubisoft company is a broad company on its’ own, and selling this company to me is not a possibility unless Microsoft pulls a lot of hot wires in Ubisoft.
