The Apple Watch’s Force Touch feature was basically a version of 3D Touch on the iPhone on the Apple Watch. Apple Watch 3 had the force touch technology embedded in it too.
However, it is noteworthy that as of now, watchOS 7 devices, including the Apple Watch Series 6 and Apple Watch SE, no longer support this Force touch feature. It is only available for watchOS 6 only.
