In Ethiopia you cannot receive money through a PayPal account. Meaning you cannot own a business PayPal account to use for trading since it would practically be useless. However, you can still create the account and use it for personal transactions.
Alternatively, you can create a Personal PayPal account in Ethiopia and it’ll work out fine. Again, if you would want to send money, or pay for items or services through your PayPal account, you would need to link your bank account or credit/debit cards to your PayPal account to be able to do that.
