The average lifespan of Xiaomi’s Redmi is approximately 5 to 7 years. The Redmi phones are of good quality with a very strong build can definitely withstand such a time span of use. That is if it is used normally without excess or without changing any of its parts. Even with rough and extreme usage, Xiaomi’s Redmi can definitely work smoothly for 3 to 4 years.
That being said, we should note that there are some exceptional cases that may adversely affect the phone’s lifespan. These include but are not limited to, accidentally dropping the phone, using the phone while on charge or not allowing it to charge fully, hacking into the phone’s operating system and replacing parts like screen, board etc with unoriginal pieces.
