You can simply tap on the ongoing order that you will like to cancel and then select cancel the order. From there, you’ll choose from the options the reason you want to cancel the order and then confirm to cancel the order.
Another way to cancel a delivery when you’re almost at the drop-off and be on the safer side is to drive to the delivery point or close enough to the place. If this happens, you’ll see an exclamation button below the screen, select it. Tap on the can’t reach button from this menu. This will start an eight minutes count down.
When that happens, eight minutes from the count down, you will be able to cancel the order and still get paid for the delivery.
Using this process means that you actually drove to the drop-off point so Uber eats has no option but to pay you for your service.
