Though cube and Tile provide the same basic essential job of serving as a tracker for your personal belongings, there are some distinct differences which show the better of the two.
Though both the tile and cube have a yearlong battery, both don’t have rechargeable batteries.
In terms of weight, the cube is a bit heavier than the tile.
The Tile costs $35 for a single one while Cube costs $29.95 as a starting price for a single one. In terms of price, the cube is cheaper. The tile is waterproof and dust resistant but the cube has a higher IP rating, making it more resistant to water than the tile. In fact, you can leave it in water for about 15 minutes straight without much damage, whereas the Tile will be resistant for that long.
Tile can use both Alexa, Google, and even Siri giving it a more rounded servicing quality. Cube can only connect to Google and Siri. Alexa integration is still in the works for the device.
Additionally, the cube has a selfie feature, meaning you can use it for photos if you wish. The selfie feature is missing in Tile.
Overall though, in terms of making quality and hidden features to help you track your luggage better, the tile is definitely the leading Cube, though both devices are worth buying.
