Now, the owners of the devices are torn into two sides, whether t wear the watch in day time and charge it at night or charge it day time and use it at night. With a proper usage of the device, the battery can last to only 18 hours in a day. This is not enough to cover both your day work and your night sleep. This has left many asking the question, should I wear Apple Watch to bed?

To be able to track your sleep with the sleep track feature on your Apple Watch, you will need to wear your watch to bed all night. This feature helps you manage your sleep time and sleep habits. Sleep track feature was released with the os 7 of the Apple Watches.

In you do not have any use for this feature on your Apple watch, then there is no need for you to wear your watch to bed. The choice is totally up to you to make.

In my point of view, I will recommend that you go to bed with your Apple watch to help your monitor your sleep hours and keep you healthy.
