In the sense that the receiver will not be able to know who is calling or the number that is trying to reach them. This is not a subscription and can only be done on a per-call bases.

This code may also not respond in some countries. More also, there are other apps and codes that can break though this service to view your details even when you place call with this code. Caller ID for an example may deflect this code.
