Samsung PowerBot VR9000 robot vacuum was launched in Berlin, at the IFA consumer electronics and home appliances trade show. It came at a whooping $1,000.
While not completely surpassing other brands, the PowerBot VR9000 kept up well with Neato and Roomba. It even has a unique feature which is the killer point-cleaning feature.
The only downside is that, the Samsung PowerBot lacks a side-sweeping brush to help it clean along walls. In addition to that, it’s quite expensive. Other brands cost way less. It is not even as good a navigator as Neato which cost way less too.
Where are Samsung vacuum cleaners made?
But, Samsung vacuum cleaner is powerful, with a 2100W motor to play with. The South Korean company announced that their vacuums will be made in turkey. That announcement was made early 2019.
Samsung has already taken its first step in the Turkish market with television assembly. Their vacuum is just a step geared making similar investments to further secure its position in the Turkish market.
