From low budgets phones and brands to high-end ones, like Samsung, Apple, there are varieties to pick from. Some phones seem to be more popular on the market though.
Which phone is the most used in the world?
In history, the most widely sold phones have always been from Nokia. Recently though, Apple and Samsung have given them a run for their money. Let’s look at some statistics from last year.
In September 2021, Samsung was the world’s best-selling phone brand. With 27.55% of the total, Samsung can be said to be the world’s number one selling phone brand as far as the statistics are concerned.
In the second place, according to statistics from September 2021, is Apple, with 26.75% of total sales. In third place, is Xiaomi with 11.51%. In the top 15 worldwide, Nokia which was one example leading now only closes the ranking with 0.58%.
The most sold phones from both that year and the year before are Samsung’s Galaxy S20, S20+ and the S20 Ultra.
If current trends from last year and this year are taken into account, then Samsung A22 might beat Apple’s iPhone 13 to be the best selling phones this year.
