Why is Blue origin logo a feather?

When it comes to its name, it has been said that the Blue represents the planet earth which is the point of Origin. Hence, Blue Origin.

The Blue Origin has a feather in its logo which, they claim is a symbol of the perfection of flight. It also represents freedom, exploration, mobility and progress.

It seeks to imitate the birds that for years we look up to, wishing we could fly.

Blue Origin now seeks to present to us the ability to transcend and fly beyond the earth’s atmosphere, farther than even the birds that we so love to watch can go.
