As of today, there are a lot of stakeholders in the Movado company such as BlackRock Fund Advisors, The Vanguard Group, Inc. and Dimensional Fund Advisors LP. In view of this, the ownership of the company has been taken over by stakeholders that controls the affairs of the company.
